We are open! As of May 4th, 2020, we are opening again to serve your families. We are excited to get back to work doing what we love.
We have changed a few things around to keep your family and ours safe while Covid-19 is still sweeping the nation.
- We are only allowing one family to be in the lobby at a time. Beyond that, treatment room doors are closed if there is more than one family being seen.
- Our lobby is closed for sitting. Part of this is because we are limiting people in the building, and part is so that there are fewer surfaces to which germs can stick.
- Everyone, staff and clients both, will be temperature scanned at the door using a contactless infrared forehead thermometer. We regret that we can not use any alternate sites. Wrist temperatures vary widely from forehead temperatures, so we must use forehead temperatures only.
- Clients are asked to use hand sanitizer or wash hands before we take you back to the treatment rooms.
- Everyone over the age of 2, staff and clients both, are required to wear a mask covering both nose and mouth during treatments. Masks can not have exhale vents. Staff will also be in gloves.
- We are only offering Saline Comb Outs
- When clients arrive, we ask that you remain on the porch or in your car and call or text us at 865-245-5353. That will give staff time to make sure everything is sanitized and ready before inviting you into the building.

If you or someone you know is sick, immunocompromised, or self-quarantining, we still offer our products online. We can get them to you by either contactless curbside pick up, or USPS shipping.
